Gilad gained over 20 years of experience in management and sales in Israeli and international software companies.
Prior to his current position Gilad served as sales manager for Israel and Europe at AudioCodes, director of Panorama Israel and sales manager for the telecommunications sector at Oracle Israel.

Shmulik gained over 20 years of experience in management and sales in Israeli and international software companies. Shmulik served as VP marketing and sales for Vivo Links (acquired by Verint), affiliates and ASP sales manager at SunGard in the US, and banking projects manager at MINT (acquired by SunGard).
CFO
In his previous positions, Ziv served as a senior manager in EY’s professional department, providing professional services to many public companies from various industries including hi-tech and software. Ziv also gained experience in KPMG’s audit department, where he was part of the audit team which served high-tech companies and venture capital funds. In conjunction with these positions, Ziv served as a professor at Bar-Ilan University, where he taught various courses in the Department of Economics on financial accounting and management accounting. Ziv holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and M.A in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
CEO, Ramdor Software Solutions
Dror gained over 15 years of experience in management, project management and development in knowledge intensive companies. Prior to his current position he served as Deputy CEO of Top Ramdor and prior to that he was a partner in KS, a security systems developer.
Dror holds an MBA with honors from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with honors from the Israel Institute of Technology. Dror is a lieutenant colonel in the military reserves.
CEO, Xioma
Guy has over 20 years of experience in the field of management information systems, including in the areas of ERP, PPM and ECM.
Guy started his career as a project manager in the Niram Gitan group, later managing the industrial engineering and management activities in the company.
Guy managed local and international activities in the field of software solutions for the automotive sector.
For the past 15 years, Guy has been managing Xioma company.
Guy has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management from the Technion and a master’s degree in business administration from the Technion.

Michael has more than 15 years of experience in management and sales at software companies. In his previous position, Michael served as a Sales and Business Development Manager at the company. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing.
CEO Ziv Systems
Ran has 20 years of experience in the fields of project analysis, development and management. His main expertise is specialized systems for real estate and infrastructure, as well as complex financial systems. Ran is the former owner of ERD Information Systems, acquired by Ramdor in 2011. Ran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.

Dor gained extensive experience in R&D, specializing in real-time enterprise systems and large-scale database applications, including enterprise reporting and business analytics. Prior to joining ActionBase, Dor served as R&D manager at Octavian and manager at Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX) where he oversaw the development of a wide range of business support systems. Dor holds a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Keren brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing Field. She combines creativity with analytic abilities, Specializes in building brands in the digital space. Keren Believes in holistic marketing that provides an overall customer experience. Holds a BA in Communication Management

Tali gained over 10 years of experience in sales and outsourcing. She is a natural born salesperson with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. Born in Haifa and a true Tel Aviv resident at her core. Tali specializes in customer-tailored recruitment and in providing personal, quality and on-the-dot service. A dedicated fashion, culture and art enthusiast.

Rafi is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of global experience in all aspects of hi-tech business. Prior to being appointed as CEO of Panorama, Rafi served as VP Sales & Business Development of the company. In prior positions, Rafi served as Corporate Vice President and Co-General Manager of the FTTH Division of PMC-Sierra (publicly traded), VP Worldwide Sales of BroadLight (acquired by Broadcom), VP Product Management at ECI Telecom, and other positions. Raphael holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and MBA, cum laude, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
Hagai has 15 years of experience in managing the group’s information systems and infrastructure. He oversees purchasing in the field of computers and communication and manages the professional services department. Avrami has a degree in humanities, a diploma in construction engineering and tax consulting.

Yaron has about 40 years of experience in the field of information systems and the last 30 years in Ziv Systems with specialization in the field of real estate including the field of project management, management of mortgage companies and property companies as well as ERP systems.
Yaron graduated from MRAM and was discharged with the rank of major and has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and science and a master’s degree in logistics and management from Bar Ilan University.
